register link disappears

Hello,

the problem i am facing is that, when i open my forum, i can see the 'register' link, but when i log into the forum and log out the page on which it returns don't have register link, I need to refresh the browser to see the register link on top...

Whether or not that links displays is based on this setting:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Allow Multiple Registrations Per User
