Usergroup Errors and more

I recently moved to a new server (the host transferred the entire site) and now we are having errors that don't seem to have any sort of reason.

1. When editing a usergroup, the settings are not saved and a usergroup with the same name is created.

2. Running the optimize/repair utility doesn't show any tables that were affected, it just hangs.

3. vbSEO (I know you don't support, but its relevant to problem and the above errors still happen when its disabled) is causing a fatal error based on blog attachments - but we don't use the vBulletin blog. When disabled, there are no errors, but when enabled, the fatal error doesn't show up for everyone, just random members.

Any thoughts?

1. That error is from a third-party add-on. You will need to find and remove the add-on causing this.

2. That may be an add-on or a server issue.

3. You need to contact vBSEO for help with that.

I did an upgrade and disabled all add-ins, and I'm still having the same issues (1 & 2). Help?

Run this and report back the results:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Problematic Webserver Modules
