(FIXED) Changing the site 'Notice'

Hi there,

I need help - how do I change the site notice when someone tries to post and is not registered. I know how to change the text in the phrase manager but I want to change the page by getting rid of the text and putting in an image instead.

How would I do that?

How do I change the color of this text?

Hi, I am trying to create a dark skin for my forum but I cannot figure out how to change the color of the text under the avatar (the Join Date and Posts part).
