Move vbulletin/blog from home page

I have installed my vbulletin and blog there in the home directory. Now I would like to have a main page that has a static content and links, say:

link 1: Forums
link 2: retail
link 3: photos
etc..

I was thinking:

www.homepage.com/forums

So, what all folders do I need to move to make this happen?

If the only thing you have is vbulletin and vblog, edit the url under vbulletin options to reflect the new location, move all files and folders to your /forums directory.

If you have other files and folders under root, you will need to figure out what not to move. You can compare files and folders with the original files you downloaded from the members area

Yes. Plus the blog files you uploaded. Move all of those into a new directory called "forums" to get domain.com/forums.
