Google Adsense Intergreation

I have associated my Adsense account with VB and am running version 3.8.3 but downloaded before associating my account. What I need to do is redownload and reinstall VB, right? Well i have a port issuse on my computer and cant use FTP at all. When i installed VB originally I used my hosting provider's uploading program and had to Create/Name/Upload every file and folder myself, taking 2 hrs.... That being said, is there anyway i cant just upload CERTAIN adsense related files to my server to avoid that mess again? Please help I need my Ads up!

Upload these files:
/admincp/deployads.php
/includes/adsense_templates.php
/includes/init.php
/includes/xml/cpnav_ads.xml

Reload your Admin CP to see the Advertising navigation.
