You could edit the super moderator group and make it an admin group. It's the same difference though:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Access Control Panel (is Administrator)

Super mods can't access admin functions in the Admin CP. You would have to promote them to admin.

Join your host, and the config.php file add the ID of another account you have.

root > includes > config.php

	//	****** SUPER ADMINISTRATORS ******
	//	The users specified below will have permission to access the administrator permissions

How can Super Moderator can go admincp and are "Administrator" with all Sections....?
