There is no specific setting for that. You would have to remove that option from the appropriate templates.
If you'e rather solve the problem then enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this.
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled
