Use two human verifications at one time?

Is it possible to use both the question and answer option as well as the image verification so both must be utilized by posters to get access?

I set up the questions and answers section and it came out quite well. But what about the image verification too?

Right now the system only allows one or the other.

I would think a double dose would set the spam bots right in the cross hairs.
