Switching license to another URL?

I currently have VB license for another URL but am wondering if its possible to switch my license so it works for another one? I am thinking that changing the format of my 1st site from a message board to a regular site might be best. I would then like to use my license for another site. Is this possible & if so how do i go about it?

It is, I've done it 3 times so far do to hosting problems

Log into your account & edit the registered URL for your forum, then hit save
