Image attachment: Lightbox works, thumbnail turns black

Hi!

When i attach a JPG-image to a post i get to see this:

But the LightBox itself works when i click on one of the thumbnails:

But i don't know what the problem is with this thumbnails...
How can i fix this?

And, small edit, how can i remove the time/date from the LightBox?

There must be a problem with thumbnails. Try running this:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails

Do you see any errors reported while it's rebuilding the thumbnails?

Make sure you have a working image library setup:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Image Settings

Oh, edit this template to remove the time from the lightbox:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> lightbox

The maintenance didn't gave any errors. My image library is set to GD, and i think this is working correctly, but don't know how to test this
What else can be wrong???

Maybe there is a customization causing this. You can quickly determine this by temporarily disabling your customizations. Try to reproduce it on a default style:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> [Add New Style]

Create a new style with no parent. Then click that style's name in the Style Manager to view your forum with that style. If the problem goes away on the default style then you know it's a style problem at which point you need to systematically revert your custom templates to isolate the problem.

If you still have the problem then try disabling your plugins:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System

Also run a file check to look for customized files. Upload the original files if any problems are reported:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

If you continue to have problems then we can take a look if you submit a trouble ticket with your server and forum info:

A lot of files were found as 3.7.4 where expected 3.8.0. I don't know how this happened. Can this be the problem??

Yes it could. You need to upload the files and overwrite the old ones.

So i upgraded from 3.7.4 to 3.8.3, but the problem is still there.
Can someone please tell me in which template this problem can be found?
