  • Stretching the banner

I love this software its the best out there and I have almost learned it inside and out and learned how to do alot of things, but one thing that I would think would be one of the easiest has still got me stumped. I have to shrink my forum down in size so it will matchup with my logo at the top, I have tried everything and nothing works, can somebody please help I would very much appreciate it.

You need to use a fixed width instead of a percentage:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> StyleVars (in the menu) -> Main Table Width

Thanks I know how to make the forum part bigger and smaller, but I can't get that banner to match up with it unless I shrink the forum down to about 80% I used a fixed width and that still don't solve my problem with the banner being smaller then the forum.

Probably best to re-size the image via your drawing program. It would be best if you could work from the original high-rez photos, but you could import the banner you have now, re-size and export without too much loss, I bet.
