    How to show guest welcome message on every page

    How could display a message of welcome for guests at each forum page (as shown on the homepage) and when I should copy and paste where?

        i did what is told in the link.

        How do i remove the "notice" bar?'' because i dont want the notice to show. and i want to remove the table borders.
