Ticket System

Is their a ticket system specifically for vBulletin? Can I buy it for my site? Or do I have to purchase one not from vBulletin?

There is no ticket system for vBulletin that I know of. But you can create a forum to serve that purpose. Use the Can View Others' Threads permission to allow people to view only their own threads.
