Users Cannot Change Theme

Hi,

The members on my forum cannot change to the themes of their choice.

Here is a thread where I have tried everything:

The option in the vB setting which says that users can change their theme is said to yes.

What is wrong?

You have multiple styles installed in the Style Manager and they are checked as "Usable by Users"?
