Missing paperclip icon on toolbar

I want users to be able to inline some attached images and all the information I can find indicates that there is a "paperclip icon on the editor toolbar". Thing is though our site doesn't appear to have it when I edit a post.

What am I doing wrong? Am I looking in the right place? And is there a setting to enable this feature?

Have you looked at the WYSIWYG editor?

Hey, that's interesting. I've just clicked Edit on this site and I see the paperclip icon. I don't see it on my site though.

OK. I've figured this out. I do have a dropdown arrow, I just don't have a dropdown icon. I reckon that the style I have loaded doesn't have that icon.
