    this banner is a flash file (.swf).
    now when I click on DHTML menu in navbar, menu contains go to behind of flash banner and invisible behind it.
    you can test it at:

    or see the attachment image.

    (The language of my forum is Persian).

    I can't say i know how to fix it, however, here's the operating code for my flash banner which works fine, maybe you can adpat yours with some of the settings in mine.
    <!-- Rotating Menu -->
    <td align="" valign="middle">
    <object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub...ersion=6,0,0,0" width="630" height="100" id="CodeCageMenu" align="middle">
    <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
    <param name="movie" value="http://www.thecodecage.com/helpvids/CodeCageMenu.swf" /><param name="quality" value="high" /><param name="scale" value="noscale" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" /><param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /><embed src="http://www.thecodecage.com/helpvids/CodeCageMenu.swf" quality="high" scale="noscale" wmode="transparent" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="630" height="100" name="CodeCageMenu" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />

      Tanx dear Simon Lloyd.

      I used this code to set flash banner:
      HTML Code:
      <embed src="http://www.tarfandestan.com/images/banners/iranvia-forum.swf" width="728" height="90">
      Now I change the code with this:
      HTML Code:
      <object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub...ersion=6,0,0,0" width="630" height="100" id="CodeCageMenu" align="middle">
      <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
      <param name="movie" value="http://www.tarfandestan.com/images/banners/iranvia-forum.swf" /><param name="quality" value="high" /><param name="scale" value="noscale" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" /><param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /><embed src="http://www.tarfandestan.com/images/banners/iranvia-forum.swf" quality="high" scale="noscale" wmode="transparent" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="728" height="90" name="CodeCageMenu" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />
      </object>
      and problem has been solved!
      now flash file is the behind of vbmenu.
      tanx a lot.
