Get one of the Admins/Mods to add you back on as a new user (you may need to use a different email address initially depending on your settings). Make sure they add you to the Administrators usergroup.
You should then update your privileges accordingly and add your new userid to the config.php file as an Unalterable user so that it doesn't happen again.
Also have a look at what permissions your Mod team has, particularly the numpty who binned you!

What do you mean by it's "your site" do you own it? do you have the hosting under your name? if not then your barking up the wrong tree here.

All you can do is change the address in your license and report the site as running an illegal copy, but that takes forever and three days to enforce anyway.

hmmmm I really don't think vb can crash a server if properly configured, it's most likely a configuration error that has caused this rather then vb itself.

Look for a new host mate as well. That server seems to be dodgey and can't take large boards.Aussiefootyforums
