    Would anyone know what the new condition to check for on vB 4 would be?

    It seems $post[userid] is no longer a valid string.

    Also, I know this is really not the right place to be cropping up a vB 4 question, but honestly I can't find a place for it. The vB 4 Beta thread seems to be all about each build, and bugs, not technical questions. Also my post in there would be 1 vs. 1000 of the former type of posts and I feel it would just get buried before it even got seen.

    *High Five* Awesome! That was it! didn't know it was that picky, now I do. It was a good learning experience for future projects.

    Thanks again, to both of you for all your help!

    Remove all white space from the conditional, such as...
    Code:
    <if condition="$post[userid]==14"><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_$posneg.gif" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" /><else /><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_$posneg.gif" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" /></if>

    Still looking for a bit of help on this one, I've exhausted everything I could think of to try.

    Okay, even tried this while trying to figure out what's causing the spacing....

    I don't think it has anything to do with my image as I'm still getting spacing with this code...

    <if condition="$post[userid]==14">
    <img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_$posneg.gif" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" />
    <else />
    <img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_$posneg.gif" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" />
    </if>

    OH! and I should also state, it puts the spaces on everyone's reputation icons; even on threads that I haven't posted on....

    Ok, just tried this, with no problems so its not the if statement....

    <if condition="$post[userid]!=14"><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_$posneg.gif" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" /></if>

    does it have something to do with my image being 88 pixels by 10 pixels?

    All I did was take one square (8 pixels by 10 pixels) and title them 11 wide, it's no larger then the standard reputation images. the only thing I could think of is just because mine is one large one, and everyone else is 11 smaller ones...

    It would be a bit more code, but I guess I could have the system pull my reputation "bean" 5 times in a row for the darker one, and 6 times in a row for the lighter one so that it would be like everyone else.

    Any thoughts if that would make any difference?

    Okay, I got this all working just by editing the Postbit reputation, but when I have the if statement in there with my custom line, it shows my image, and my mouse over just fine, but it puts a space in between everyone's elses image.

    so instead of looking like this....
    ...etc

    they look like this
    ...etc

    any idea why the if condition would cause that?

    here is the code as-is.

    <if condition="$post[userid]==14"><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_RSA.gif" alt="RSA thinks he's special, just let him live in his little fantasy world." border="0" />
    <else />
    <img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_$posneg.gif" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" />
    </if>

    Sorry, forgot to way where!

    Edit the postbit_reputation template to make this change on threads.

    Just realised that you'll need to update MEMBERINFO also but will need to change the code for that - will come back on that later if no-one else has...

    As for the ALT Tag, you'd need to have this set as an specific phrase in the first part of the conditional otherwise it'll just be reading it from the options setup in AdminCP.

    Would it be as simple as this?

    Just pasting the one statement in question...

    <img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_RSA.gif" alt="RSA is special, learn to deal with it!" border="0" />

    Okay, I got my code all corrected, and I've added my image up to the server, basically I edited one of the green "Beans" image to be Golden Yellow, made it 11 "beans" wide, and saved it with the other reputation images as reputation_RSA.gif (which is my username btw)

    Where would I inject this code at, and is there a way to hard code a custom mouse over so when a user mouses over my reputation image they see something like "Yeah, I'm special..." or something?

    Thank you for the help on a seemingly silly request.

    Give this a shot:

    Code:
    <if condition="$post[userid]==[B][COLOR=red]X[/COLOR][/B]"><img class="inlineimg" src="[COLOR=red][B]path/to/new/image[/B][/COLOR]" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" />
    <else />
    <img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_reputation]/reputation_$posneg.gif" alt="$post[username] $post[level]" border="0" /></if>
    Change the X to your userid and the path to whatever the image you want to have shown for yourself

    Like, I understand I'll be using a statement that looks something like this, but where would I interrupt the calling of the rep at, in the visual styles?

    <if condition="$vbulletin->userinfo['userid'] == 14"></if>
