    Hey old i had the same errors.

    Turned out that although i had uploaded the new folders i had neglected to upload the new files within the /upload folder.

    Once i did that my problem was fixed.

    That looks like a file problem. Try disabling your plugins:

    Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System

    Also run a file check to look for customized files. Upload the original files if any problems are reported:

    Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

    Also make sure you completed the upgrade. Make sure you:

    1) Uploaded all of the new files, overwriting the old files. (images directory is optional)

    2) Ran the "install/upgrade.php" script in your browser.

    Not sure what to make of it, came about from changing over from 3.7.1 to 3.8.1 (BTW that change over messed up my site royally... )
