  • COPPA vs Users Awaiting Email Confirmation?

What determines if a user falls under the "(COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation" or "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" user group when a member joins??

Is seems like I can have 10 members join and 5 with fall one way and the other 5 the other??

Or how do I make it so that all new users fall under "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" ??

    Thanks in advanced.

Users Awaiting - They go into this first until they activate their accounts.

COPPA/Moderation - they are moved into this group after they activate.

I'm not sure the OP even knows what COPPA is.
      http://www.coppa.org/

If the user enters a birthdate that signifies they are under the age of 13, they will be placed in the COPPA group.

Then you are moderating new members.
