  • Avatar won't change after moving to new usergroup and permissions?

    Usergroup A:

    Can Upload Custom Avatars: YES
Custom Avatar Maximum Width (pixels): 120
Custom Avatar Maximum Height (pixels): 120

User uploads an avatar: 120 x 120 pixels and it shows in the forum.

Now I move this user to usergroup B.

    Usergroup B:

    Can Upload Custom Avatars: YES
Custom Avatar Maximum Width (pixels): 80
Custom Avatar Maximum Height (pixels): 80

When the user is in Usergroup B it still shows the 120 x 120 pixels avatar in the forum.

    What could be the problem?

Making this change does not automatically resize existing avatars. You would have to delete that avatar so they can upload a new one.

So when this user is a member of usergroup A (after selecting the paid subscription) and the subscription length is passed the user automatically goes back to usergroup B the avatar is still the same? A user could select a paid subscription were they can upload a large avatar, then don't extend the subscription and still have this large avatar that only paid members can have?

That is correct. Existing avatars are not changed. You need to do that manually.
