Social Groups Problem Please HELP!!

I can think of no other explanations. You should try disabling your customizations.

Maybe there is a customization that is causing this. You can quickly determine this by temporarily disabling your customizations. Try to reproduce it on a default style:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> [Add New Style]

Create a new style with no parent. Then click that style's name in the Style Manager to view your forum with that style. If the problem goes away on the default style then you know it's a style problem at which point you need to systematically revert your custom templates to isolate the problem.

If you still have the problem then try disabling your plugins:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System

Also run a file check to look for customized files. Upload the original files if any problems are reported:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

It must be something I am overlooking, I have created a new user and added a new group and as both the member and admin I can post within the group fine. It seems it is only with the groups I have created myself. Any ideas or will I have to disable all plugs?

Check your group permissions:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Social Groups Permissions

And your mod permissions:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators -> [Edit Permissions] -> Social Groups Permissions

All perms are set to Yes for this, any other ideas?

Check your group permissions:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Social Groups Permissions

And your mod permissions:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators -> [Edit Permissions] -> Social Groups Permissions

I am having a problem with the social groups in 3.8. I cannot edit groups which I create, nor can I delete the group or have any options available to me the same as what are available to all those prior to the upgrade. Any ideas? Much appreciated and Thank you!
