How to Filter Registration

I am moving from PHPBB3 to Vbulletin and in phpbb3 there is a list of inactive users. I would go in and click and make them active.

Is this possible in Vbulletin? Also is there a way to track new users once I have made them an active member?

Enable moderation in your:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Moderate New Members

Then you approve them in your:

Admin CP -> Moderation -> Moderate Users

Note that if you also require email confirmation then users must first confirm their email address before they show up in the moderation queue.
