Fresh install, ugly graphics

I just did a fresh install, and if you look at the picture I attached, everything looks very... well, gross.

I reuploaded the images folder, and same issue. Re-downloaded, just in case the download was corrupted, reuploaded... same stuff..

That's because you uploaded the image files in ASCII format. You need to reupload them as Binary and overwrite the ones on the server.
