Messed up vBadvanced install

I messed up an install of vBadvanced CMPS, cause I can't even login anymore. Any link I click on from the homepage brings me to an invalid page, including Admin and Login pages.

Is there a way to retain my posts, mods and users and repair my vBulletin install?

Yeah, but their suggestion was to go into the mod settings and change the forum path... but I can't even login to my Admin CP to get there.

I am not asking for vBadvanced support. If you read my post, I asked if there was a way to repair my vBulletin installation. (edit) while retaining my users and posts, but to a lesser extent, my other mods.

New idea... is there a way to save my posts, users, etc and create a second installation on the same server (instead of /forums, make /forum) and import those posts, users, etc?

I installed vBadvanced. I used their instructions for integration, so that when you click on "Forums" in the site navigation, it would go to the regular view of my forums and show categories, subforums, etc.

Well, I follower their instructions, but now whenever I go to my forums, I can't login, I can't access any vBulletin page. I just get an "Invalid Page" message. I can't even login to my admin panel.

So, since I can't even go in and turn off vBadvanced or edit any of my settings, I am stuck with what to do.

Try re-running vbacmps_install.php and select the option to uninstall it. If you can't even re-run that script, then there is something else going on besides just trying to install CMPS.

A lot of us are quite good at detecting what's wrong (often because we've made the same mistakes ourselves!).

As has been said, there should not be any reason it cannot be repaired, you should NOT need to start from scratch with a new database.
