Attachment Size Settings?

I know this is stupid question but I cant find the attachment type and size settings in 3.8.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

In the AdminCP, halfway down the main list in the left hand navigation is a link to Attachments. Expand that and select Attachment Manager.
