  • Serious Database problem

    Hi,

    I have got some serious database problems and the site just shows "Database has encountered a problem". I can't even get repair.php to run.

    I have looked in the database and there seems to be hundreds and hundreds of tables created called something like aaggregate_temp_1228002765 and taggregate_temp_1228002960.

    Does anyone know what is going on or how it can be possibly fixed?

    Thanks

    Sometimes if you view the source in your browser when you get the database error it gives more information.

        This error means:

        MySQL error: 127 = Record-file is crashed

        To fix this run Repair/Optimize in the Admin CP. You may need to run it more than once to fix all errors:

        Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

        If you cannot open your Admin CP then you can repair tables with phpMyAdmin.

          Hi - I can't get in to admincp due to the errors - could you tell me how I can repair tables with phpMyAdmin as I have never done it before.

          Thanks

            In the SQL tab, run:

            repair table user;

            Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)
