Firstly, I would like to express my utter dissatisfaction with your tech support which I have paid for. I called your number and got an answering service. What the hell is that? Then I was told to email my questions in ??? Are you guys running this business from your basement? I think so.......my advice is.......if you want to stay in business during this recession...you had better change your customer service model...your exisitng one stinks.......!!!
