How to enable Subscription Group

I have set up a premium members group on my forum, http://left4deeadforums.com but it isn't displaying. Is there a step-bystep that explains exactly what I need to do to enable this feature?

Group exists in Usergroup Manager
Subscription exists in Subscription Manager

But no access to group for members. :/
