  • Am I allowed to remove the version number?

I have a leased license, so I have no problem leaving the Powered By/Copyright there, but I was wondering if it's okay to just remove the Version 3.8.0 part?

Yes, you can remove the version number by editing the phrase.

Edit the x_powered_by_vbulletin phrase to what you want displayed or remove the contents of it and save.
