Birthday Displaying on Wrong Date

I have a problem with the birthdays showing on the home page. They are displaying 13 hours early. So today at 11 am GMT the birthdays appeared that are on the 17th Jan, that's tomorrow. They then show until 11 am the following day.

Time is set to GMT and the user is also in the same time zone and has Western European time selected.

Any ideas please ?

Forum time is correct and set to GMT (I'm on shared hosting)
