Quick PM Reply

When people scroll down to do a quick PM reply the message quote is always in there, is it possible to disable this so that there is nothing in the quick reply box yet?

Removing the quoted text actually requires modifying the PHP code. If you have some coding ability then you can post on www.vbulletin.org for help with this.
