IP ban option for (Super-)Mods ?

Is there any chance to allow Moderadors or Supermoderators to set IP BAN?

I found the IP BAN settings in "middle" of the vBulletin settings and i really don't want allow access to whole options.

So, is there any chance to restrict access to admin-panel ONLY to User Banning Options (nothing more, only this one page and Logout button ofcourse)

OR

Is there any chance to integrate IP BAN option to MODCP panel?

No sorry. That is an Admin permission only.
