Bouced Email

What do other people do about bounced emails.

I'm happy to maually update mine for the time being but is there a way that you can force users to update them.

If i delete the email address from a users account is there any way I can force them to update the address the next time they log in.

Also if I move them to the Users Awaiting Email Confirmation group will this stop all other emails being sent out.
