  • Social Groups

I created a social group and made it so that you had to be a member to view the discussions but it can still be viewed by members who are not a member of that particular social group. What do I have to do to make sure it's private?

I dont think there is a specific way to hide the entire group. If its private people who are not members cannot view its content.

Well I created a group and made it so that you must be a member to view the contents and then I logged in with a test account and I was able to view the contents.

Hopefully in the Next release it's gonna be fixed.

You can see the group, you just can't see the discussion with the correct permissions set. I don't think this is a bug.

                  You're running 3.8 RC2 with no addons?

You need to see if you can replicate this in the stock vBulletin 3.8.0 RC2 installation.
