Database moved, but users aren't there

I finally finally managed to import the database onto a new server. So the forum is there, but the users aren't. Now how is that possible? Isn't that included in the backup?

Should be... Did you verify that the backup was complete and contained all tables after creating it?

No I didn't since I got it from my hosting provider.

Can you check the users table and see if it contains the users?

Yes, it does. I tried again and now the users are included.
