    Glad you got it sorted.

Okay, apparently the link was missing the &markreadhash=$bbuserinfo[securitytoken] addition. I was pretty sure that we checked every single one of these carefully after the update, but it still managed to slip through.

    Thanks for the help regardless!

If it's the one in the menu bar, try reverting the template called navbar.

Take a copy of the template first.

The link is in FORUMHOME, in a quick links-like dropdown menu in the menu bar.

We'd need to know where on the page the link is....

Opera - make sure you are using opera 15 or above (the Webkit versions). Earlier versions are unsupported.

    forumdisplay.php?do=markread

I'm actually afraid no security token is set at all.

((PS: Whenever posting or saving a post on here (using Opera browser) I get a download request for something called "default".))

It'll need a template revert...where is the link that doesn't work? (It can be in several places).

3.8.7 PL4 Mark Forums Read issue

I recently successfully upgraded to 3.8.7 Patch Level 4 from (I believe) 3.8.5 but I just figured the 'Mark Forums Read' link now throws an "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid." error. I have tried making a new style which seems to work while the link is exactly the same. What oh what to do?

    Thanks!
