Problem with BB code (After upgrade from 3.84 Pl2 to 3.8.5)

Dear Vbulletin Supporting Staff,

After upgrade from 3.8.4 PL2 to 3.8.5 I encounter this problem with all my (custom) audio/video BB codes:

a) All BB codes still working fine with old posts (after upgrade)
b) But when I used that same bbcode in a new post it does not work any more
c) I tried to edit some old posts (not really edited anything - I just press edit button and submit button-) the bbcodes (which was working in old post) stops working as well .

I do not know "what is going wrong here?" and how to correct the problem ???

They are just some simple custom bbcodes which I made myself with the bbcode utility VB provided (to avoid using html code in the forum). They are working with 3.6.8 to 3.8.4 PL2 and with VB4.0.2 PL4 as well .

But when I update 2 of our forums (one for me, one for my friend) from 3.8.4PL2 to 3.8.5 (do not want to update to VB4 yet) then this sympton/problem appears ... And I am really lost (have no clue/idea why it is so) .

One example of our simple bbcodes for embeding an audio player

I observe that my BB code is not working because url (of a song) in new post (in 3.8.5) is auto wrapped with URL tag (when the post is previewed os submited) inside bbcode name (used) as below ... Which did not happen in 3.8.4 PL2 and before that ... I have tried on two sites (and redid the upgrade one time too) with the same "problem".

For example: when I try to use the bbcode (which has been working on 3.6.8 to 3.8.PL2 and this bbcode is working on VB 4.0.0 to 4.0.2 as well .)

Then when I preview or submit the post ... an url tag is auto inserted/wrapped the song's url (inside the AUDIO) bbcode as below
[AUDIO][url*]url of any song[/url*][/AUDIO]

(AUDIO is one of my bbcode name)

How do I correct this problem?
Did I do something wrong in upgrade ? Or is this a VB's bug ?

Please give us some guidance or help

That's not a bug. There is a new setting in your custom bbcode for deactivating url conversion. Just chose "yes" to deactivate it and the [url*] tags won't be set automaticly anymore for the special bbcode.

I tried to find the new setting in BBcodes manager ... I could not find it .. Would you point out where should I find the setting (you meant) in order to disable it ...

Since I see in BBcode manager, this setting is not any different compared to the previous version of VB3 & to VB4

Remove Tag If Empty Yes No
Disable BB Code Within This BB Code Yes No
Disable Smilies Within This BB Code Yes No
Disable Word Wrapping Within This BB Code Yes No
Disable Automatic Link Parsing Within This BB Code Yes No

Observed :
- When I tried to make another audio bbcode .. tested inside BBcode manager it works ... Only happens as above when I am using the bbcode in posts in the forums... => I have to say, VB do make this one to confuse its users !!!
- If I disable the " Automatically parse links in text" then the bbcode works ... but I am not sure is it the right way to do? Since if I do that links in that particular post will not auto parse any more =>???

Yes this one is it:

(since I don't have an english version I didn't know the right named option for it )
But I cannot confirm, that URLs outside a bbcode with no link parsing won't be parsed too. Just tried it and there I got my url tag as usual.
