If you are moving your existing license to the new domain then you can install a copy over there as long as you password protect it. -
they should be able to offer you a direct link thru the server. For the new host, when you upload your database to them.
That will tell you if it works.

I run www.digital-car.co.uk/forum and I have www.carpcs.eu
I want to copy the entire forum from digital-car.co.uk over to carpcs.eu/forum - then test it and check it, then move the DNS.

I am currently running vb 3.8.8 with millions of posts. My current server will not run vb 5.1.1, so I am moving to a new server.
