vbulletin suite 3-8-4

Hello Guys

I am really cofused here I have upgrade my product to 4 suite. in members area found vbulletin suite 3-8-4 and I assum it in clude cms but it seams not.

How to have CMS installed is it have to be with vbulletin 4. Or it is not realsed yet

Please let me know as I am really lost..

There is no vB 3.8.4 Suite. The CMS is only available in the vB4 Publishing Suite.
