Trying to install, trying to get help

I have tried to install this. It gets stuck after step 2 with nothing to click on to move forward.

    It says:

Step 2) Connect to the database (Step 2 of 13)

    Attempting to attach to database

Connection succeeded! The database already exists.

You have already installed vBulletin; do you wish to upgrade?

Click here if you would like to see options for clearing the existing contents of your database.

It does't allow me to proceed to step 3.

I tried paying the $150 installation fee, but you can only pay that if you're buying something else. I've already paid for the publishing suite, so I don't want to pay for that again. Everytime I email support, I get a canned response from them saying it should work now.

I've been getting this runaround for over a week. I've called, but no one is ever available to talk to me. I've tried to pay the installation fee, but it doesn't allow one to simply pay the fee. I've emailed several times. The person answering the phone knows my email address from memory.

I asked for a refund, only to be give the same old canned response saying "it should be working now."

Support hours say 9-5 Pacific, but I've called all during those times and can NEVER get anyone on the phone.

I'm frustrated as heck. I needed my forum up last week and I don't know what else to try.

    What should I do now?

You can order a professional install from the members area by clicking on the continue page without selecting an item. Go to http://www.vbulletin.com/order/ Click on Customer Login, once logged in click continue.

Phone support is 9-5 monday though friday for customers with phone support contract.

What happens on step 3? Are you sure it won't let you continue?

Yes, I'm sure. With the first two steps, there was a button to click on to procede to the next step. It only says this:

Step 2) Connect to the database (Step 2 of 13)

      Attempting to attach to database

Connection succeeded! The database already exists.

You have already installed vBulletin; do you wish to upgrade?

Click here if you would like to see options for clearing the existing contents of your database.

Thanks for the tip on going to the members area to purchase the installation. How do I get to the members area?

I did as you said >> log in, click continue. All I see is the exact same thing - you don't have anything in your cart. Ugh!
