Blocked IP address

Hello,

How to remove the blocked IP address? One of my users is not able to access to the website. I searched on forum however couldnt find appropriate post. I even searched on banned users but didnt find this user.

Can anyone please give some insights on this?

Check if the ip was added to the list in the admincp under user banning options.

Go to admincp > vbulletin options > user banning options > banned ip addresses, if there's any ips showing go through them and see if the ip of the member is there.
