4 questions relating to vBulletin 4 (Licensing & Documentation)

Question 1:
If I purchase the Suite, do I hold an active license until "vBulletin Suite 5" or "vBulletin Forum 5"? Will there be any difference in terms of releases?

Question 2:
Is there going to be a manual released for vBulletin 4 (like http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/)?

Question 3:
Is there going to be an API released for vBulletin 4 (like http://members.vbulletin.com/api/index.html)?

Question 4:
If the above is yes, what about the Suite? Is there going to be documentation & an API released about the Suite? Or is the code similar?
