Just choose the "Download Latest Version 3.8.4 Patch Level 1" option from the Members Area to upgrade from 3.8.3 all in one go.

It's best to upgrade at all times unless you can patch 3.8.3 yourself.

Well if you have gotten the patch for 3.8.3 your fine. But 3.8.4 is pretty much secure than 3.8.3 So i would recommend upgrading.

so do I have to upgrade to latest release I mean 3.8.4, Is there a series vulnerabilities in 3.8.3 version force me to upgrade ??
