Multiple Admin Users

Howdy peeps,

I managed to answer my first two questions by either finding an identical post here or finally finding the correct settings on my own but I can't figure out how to make multiple Admin Users?

I have a friend that will be working with me to setup my forum and his job is to add all the neat features onto the forum and he needs to be doing that while I do the setup but I can't figure out how to give him Admin Powers so he can make changes.

Admin cp -> Users -> search for users -> type in username -> primary user group, set to admin, then youll see at the top add permissions, Yes to all.
