Uploading images to post

I need a mod or 3rd party plugin if needed that would allow a member to upload an image from there computer via a BROWSE selection and insert it into a thread and set it to thumbnail. When clicked a larger image appears. (Im sure I didn't have to explain that). I know about the attachment and using a url to find the image. My host server uses imagemagic and GD. Any help would be appreciated.
