Sorry but we do not provide support for third-party add-ons here. You need to either contact the author of that add-on or post over at www.vbulletin.org.

Thats the only Control Panel i know about, i wonder does my host have that?

    Installing Passive Video 2.0

    1. first, unzip the Passive Video zip file you downloaded from the licenses area to your hard disc.
    2. Upload the entire contents of the 'upload/' folder to your web server, in the same directory where vBulletins showthread.php is located.
    3. Install the product-passivevideo.xml
    4. Rebuild the foruminfo (AdminCp-> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Forum Information)

The entire installation process should take no more than five minutes.

    Sounds easy lol

No, do you have a control panel for your actual website?

Well, you need to begin by getting yourself an ftp program.
What operating system do you use?

Do you have your login information?
    hostname:
    username:
    password:

You will need the above to use a ftp program.

    Or
Do you have a control panel for your website.
For instance, I have cPanel installed on my websites.
enter username and password and then I can go to file manager and upload files.

    It's only been 30 minutes.
Does your host have a support section with how-to articles?

Most people use a ftp program to upload files.

You should probably be asking for support from whom you downloaded it from.
    But. . .
How did you install vBulletin in the first place? Same procedure.
You can either use a FTP program or if you have a file manager in your website administration control panel.
