Upload problem on windows server.

Hello,Trying to upload a style xml file and I get this error "No file uploaded and no local file found." Have checked the php.ini file and that looks fine, any ideas?

Just to say this only happens with my styles, I can upload avatars, pictures and files fine.

Also if i FTP to the server, then try to reference the file in the style manager, I get this error.Sorry, no XML was passed into this function and the $path variable empty
