Error upgrading

Fatal error: Invalid row in the style table in /home/**********/public_html/includes/adminfunctions_template.php on line 2483

I received this error on the second to last step of upgrading (from 3.7.0 to 3.8.3).

Everything seems to be working but Im concerned about the error (and missing the last stpe of upgrading)

What is the exact URL that is running when you get that error?
