Large site upgraded to vbulletin 3.8RC2

Over the past weekend I took the ubuntuforums.org forums from 3.7.4 to 3.8 RC2 with great success. The upgrade was painless and only had a few minor template issues.

Forum stats: Threads: 988,990, Posts: 6,396,476, Members: 731,559 with about 70,000 members being active in the last 30 days.

I just wanted to share in case people were looking for other large sites running the 3.8 RC series

cool, its nice to know that us with bigger forums can upgrade to 3.8 without many issues.. We look forward to doing ours soon.

I can't remember exactly the templates I edited (seems like there were 10) to reflect the 3.8rc2 changes but they were minor.
